Kanagawa City

First of all, I want to thanks Danyz and Dreamarco of Slam Dunk World, who made this brief. You can visit their page on this url: www.slam-dunk.org. We all know Slam Dunk's story takes place in this state, city or prefecture of Kanagawa. During a lot of time I heard things like "Shohoku doesn´t exist" (as a school) and "The gyms are based on Kainan and Ryonan original teams", etc. With this brief i want to tell you more about kanagawa, and their school and places

The Kanagawa City is situated at the center of the main island of Japan (Japan has 4 important islands, you know?). In size, its about 60 kms from north to south and 80 from east to west and 2413 kms2 which is only 0.6 % of all Japan. The north limit is Tokyo and the south limit is the pacific ocean. To the west, you can find the mountains of Tanzawa
, with the volcanoe of Hakone , part of the volcanic zone of Fuji. The Sagami river passes all along the center of the city.

Believe it or not, tha Shohoku high School does exist. The Shohoku High School is one of the most important schools. You can visit their website where there is some information about the school bus and also there is a reference to the basketball team. The URL is: www.shohoku.ac.jp/ it's in japanese.
